Don’t confuse these guys with ticks.  Although they look similar, at only 3/16^th of an inch, bed bugs are difficult to see with the naked eye.  Like vampires, a bed bug’s favorite lunch consists of blood from humans and animals.  Their bites cause inflammation and extreme itchiness of the skin.  As bed bugs bite you, they excrete blood from their previous victims on to your skin.  GROSS!!!

These bloodsucking beasts like to hitch rides in luggage, backpacks and shipping crates.  Once inside your home, bed bugs will travel through your wall voids from room to room making control extremely difficult.
