Anthony De Jesus did an excellent job in describing what he was going to be treating my yard for and what I needed to do to help solve some issues I'm having. He also went an extra step in address some pest issues that I forgot to mention but he noticed while spraying my yard. That only told me that he was paying attention to what he was doing and looking out for what my concerns. I appreciate that time he took and wish I could be home more often when this service is complete to get educated.

We just moved into a new house when I spotted a couple of large ants. I called Heron and they sent out Kirby to figure out and solve the problem and I am so glad they did! Kirby went above and beyond by checking out the entire house under Almost everything we have, then checked the ceiling area in the house and the roof and eaves on the outside of the house. He took a tour all the way around the house, looking under trees in the bushes in order to make a full assessment. He then proceeded to go back and treat all of the same areas! I’m so impressed with the time and effort that he put in to make sure that this problem was rectified as soon as possible. Kirby, you did an awesome job! Thank you!

Another great lawn care experience from Jarrett who took the time to explain the life cycle of pesky weeds and how to keep them out of the yard. He treated for them and came back for a second application to insure control. I appreciate the detail and care while spraying my yard. I have fruit trees to stay away from and sedge that will need more attention. My technician Jarrett took care to give the right applications.
