While my lawn care has waned recently, Kyle, who services our irrigation system, is excellent - very professional and knowledgeable - we completely trust his recommendations and judgement.

I am VERY HAPPY with the service especially with Sam! He’s the best tech and he brought my out of control roach problem to no roaches anymore! He knew exactly what to do and within a few weeks I wasn’t seeing roaches anymore and that was a huge blessing!

I have been with Heron since Ioved from CA to Orlando in 2022. Florida climate is very different and has many more bugs than I can name. I am fortunate to have the very knowledgeable Eli to service my house! He has always kept my house pest free since then, and always been available to answer my questions. Even when I needed an emergency service, he was able to come by within days of my request. Because of Eli’s great service, I signed up for the lawn and shrub pest control services as well. Seeing no issues at all in my yard, I made the mistake of canceling the service once…And it made me realize how crucial their service is. Thanks to Eli, I will be a lifelong customer of Heron!
