I’ve had Heron for a few years now and they come regularly as promised. I recently had an ant issue on the interior of my home and my technician Sam did an amazing job after it needing multiple treatments/visits.

Dario was pleasant as always and explained what he was going to do. He is wonderful.

My technician Gama, did an excellent job on my lawn today. He’s very knowledgeable and courteous. And I’m getting good results. I commend him.

We recently had new sod installed and initially hired another company whose work unfortunately caused significant damage to our lawn. After that experience, we reached out to Heron, and our technician, Patrick Collier, truly exceeded our expectations by bringing our grass back to life. At one point, we genuinely believed the lawn was beyond saving, so we were extremely impressed and grateful for Patrick’s expertise and dedication.Shortly after the lawn recovered, we experienced a cold freeze that caused the grass to die back again. Once more, we thought it was a total loss - but Patrick was able to revive it yet again. Today, our lawn is not only healthy but thriving more than ever.We especially appreciate that Heron maintains consistency with technicians, as it allows Patrick to become familiar with our lawn’s specific needs and patterns. His knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism are evident in every visit. He consistently takes the time to explain the treatments, what to expect, and how our lawn is progressing, which we truly value.Overall, we could not be more pleased with the level of service we have received. I had a great experience with Heron Home & Outdoor. I was dealing with a pest concern right before moving in, and they were incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Kirby, the technician, took the time to explain everything clearly, adjusted the treatment plan based on my situation, and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. He also provided helpful safety tips, which I really appreciated as I’m moving in with my daughter and dog. I feel so much more at ease in my new home thanks to his service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Angel was a fabulous technician. Called for a sugar ant problem, he took care of it inside, found the root source outside, where they’re coming in, AND put a barrier around my entire home to take care of any other possible entry points. After surpassing my expectations, he took care of the spider webs and spiders in our pool area. Above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Darren does weed control and fertilizer. He is a pleasure to speak with, knowledgeable and competent. Insect technician Zack also does great job. He calls in advance of arrival so I can share any concerns. RJ is regional supervisor and used to be a technician. Responsive to concerns. Staff is excellent.I called the office 6 times and waited 10 to 20 minutes...it just rang. It used to be 3 rings and "how can we provide you excellent service". Now after merger and consolidation not being able to speak quickly with a human in intolerable. Hopefully this has improved. They will lose customers starting with me if they move away from good service. Problem with a bill....use the chat Bott. Whoever is making decisions is too far from staff and customer.

Upon starting our Heron service, he was able to eliminate a bug issue we had that a competitor did not take care of…and the bugs have not returned since. We are very happy with our Heron pest control service!

Throughout the extreme cold here in Florida, our lawn has shown no disaster. Neighbors using other than Heron are showing excessive damage. I’ve used Heron for many years and am very pleased.
