I’ve had a great experience working with Greg from HERON. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the treatments he’s applying and answer any questions I have about my lawn. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the health of my yard and wants his customers to understand the process.What really impressed me was a plant in my yard that I had written off as dead. I never got around to digging it up, but Greg noticed it and knew exactly what it needed. After just one visit and the proper treatment, it’s now blooming like it’s the first day of spring! I honestly couldn’t believe the transformation.If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about lawn care, I highly recommend Greg and the HERON team. He goes above and beyond, and it definitely shows in the results.

I always have same service person who takes time to speak with me about any concerns. If I have any, they are always addressed. I get a notice from Heron a few days prior to the visit and Zach calls about 15 minutes before arrival.

I am very happy with the service that Greg M provided. He was on time and while he worked, he paid attention to detail. I highly recommend this pro. He did an amazing job in the front and back yard. Greg M worked diligently and completed the assignment in a timely manner.

Greg from Heron Home did an awesome job with my yard and shrubs. When I stepped out to ask him some questions, he stopped what he was doing to listen. He took care of my concerns. A big “weed” ended up being a small tree, but he still removed it. I was concerned about it, and he took care of it, no problem. I highly recommend Heron Home to anyone who wants a beautiful yard.

Corell Dodd is my Lawn technician, Paul Perkins is my Pest Control technician and Mark Rossi is my Sales consultant. I have been using Heron Lawn services for years and they never disappoint. Even if I have a Pest situation, I contact them and they immediately take care of the problem. All three gentlemen are very professional and very courteous. Thank you, Heron for providing me with great technicians.

We have been so pleased with Zach the last 3 years with his professionalism and expertise. He is patient, kind and understanding when we had some bug issues. He always sends a message and calls asking if we need him to address something before he comes on his scheduled visit.

Walked premises with service who was very informative and proactive. Couldn't be happier with him. Hope he continues this route! By the way, don't say 5 Star rating, that's your competitor!

Anthony always leave us a message the day before to alert us he's arriving the next day and then the morning of his arrival, he lets us know he's on his way. Communication is great. Also sends a text after he finishes the lawn to let us know what condition he feels it's in. Since the lawn has been aerated, it's looking much better. Hopefully it continues, even with the high temperatures. Heron is a nice company that cares.

1 star sales tactics, 5 stars service and products. The sales guy sold me a pretty expensive "1 service and one followup and done" to get rid of fleas that moved into my shed. That didn't work. At all.When I reached out and called them on it, the manager gave me a few months free of ongoing service that they said should ACTUALLY get rid of the fleas. I just walked into my shed to grab something and didn't get mobbed by fleas, so it actually does work!My recommendation: just get the monthly service. Ignore whatever the sales guys tell you and just talk to the tech during your first appointment.

Greg, our Heron pest control consultant very informative on how to bring our lawn back to life as it suffered greatly during the cold freeze. He suggested what was needed was sand and he insisted laying the 3 bags that we had and offered to assist with the additional 10 bags as we are elderly and need help.

Gregg did a great job in communicating with me his time of arrival. We went over today’s services he provided and showed me areas of concern where more soil is needed so we did just that to help spots grow better. I didn’t have sand on hand so used soil. Grass is looking better than last visit so pleased with the progress!!

Zach, our Heron pest control tech for many years, always calls to confirm his arrival time and asks if we have any specific issues in advance. He shows up on time and does a great job of cleaning cob webs or spider webs along the roof line, checks for any new pest activity and treats the entire house. He knows his ‘pests’ and always has a resolution for any problems we might have. Zach is the very best tech!
