Had another visit from our Heron representative today. Did a wonderful job explaining to us what he did on his service call to improve our grass. We very much appreciate the wonderful job you do.

We think we may have mole crickets. Our tech was very knowledgeable and treated our lawn. He was on time and always a pleasure to work with.

Angel was a fabulous technician. Called for a sugar ant problem, he took care of it inside, found the root source outside, where they’re coming in, AND put a barrier around my entire home to take care of any other possible entry points. After surpassing my expectations, he took care of the spider webs and spiders in our pool area. Above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Darren does weed control and fertilizer. He is a pleasure to speak with, knowledgeable and competent. Insect technician Zack also does great job. He calls in advance of arrival so I can share any concerns. RJ is regional supervisor and used to be a technician. Responsive to concerns. Staff is excellent.I called the office 6 times and waited 10 to 20 minutes...it just rang. It used to be 3 rings and "how can we provide you excellent service". Now after merger and consolidation not being able to speak quickly with a human in intolerable. Hopefully this has improved. They will lose customers starting with me if they move away from good service. Problem with a bill....use the chat Bott. Whoever is making decisions is too far from staff and customer.

Angel has been servicing our house for several years now and has done a wonderful job! He is always friendly and helpful. Upon starting our Heron service, he was able to eliminate a bug issue we had that a competitor did not take care of…and the bugs have not returned since. We are very happy with our Heron pest control service!

Throughout the extreme cold here in Florida, our lawn has shown no disaster. Neighbors using other than Heron are showing excessive damage. I’ve used Heron for many years and am very pleased.

I assume that I received a 5 star experience but I wasn't home when your service man came by. I was told that the service would be between noon and 4 PM, I left my house at 4:15 so I didn't see your worker!

1/22/2026 Allen Villegas with Heron Irrigation was here this morning to make sure our system was working at its best. He changed or adjusted many sprinkler heads and the system has never worked better. He was on time, efficient, polite and did a great job.We just added their yard pest and fertilization program for our property and once again they did an excellent job. Daniel Knudsen was professional thorough and polite.Update: Charles is the tech who treats our yard and he could not be more polite. He does an excellent job and makes sure every time he is here that we are pleased with the service. We highly recommend him!!Update: Heron Pest Control was out again today and spent four hours treating parts of the foundation and inside that had not shown termite acrivity on their first visit.Jesse did a great job and was very careful to move furniture and other items back once the treatment was done. He was also very cognizant of not upsetting the pups anymore than he needed.Could not have asked for better service !We had an absolutely horrible swarm of termites invade our home and the entire Heron Team worked miracles and quickly to get this resolved. Keith Piazza was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyound to get his team members here. All of the service people we have had here from Heron were knowledgeable polite on time and thorough. We are extremely happy with Heron and highly recommend them.
