Our technician Omega is excellent. Our lawn has never looked better

Our technician Omega is excellent, very polite, explains what he will be doing on each visit. Lets us know if we have any issues.
We also have Heron for our Termite service each year. Previous company we had we got termites around the front door, go figure with the service, or no service.

4/8/ Our technician Omega is doing an outstanding job with our lawn. Our lawn looked terrible until we switched to Heron. In a very short time Omega has it looking much better. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks again for a great job.

Kevin Kirby is superb. He’s so thoughtful each time he treats our yard - thinking about the dogs, giving feedback on the grass, asking what else we need. Heron and Kevin have earned our trust.

I enjoy using Heron for pest control. I had previously used another company, but was not happy and felt my concerns were brushed to the side. As soon as I called Heron they sent out Kevin Kirby. He is absolutely AMAZING. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Before he comes out he always texts and asks if I have any concerns. I love the fact I get a text and not a phone call because while working I can quickly check and respond to him. He is very personable and genuinely cares for his clients. Every time he comes out, he explains in detail what he is treating and gives advice about how to prevent future pest issues. I have nothing but positive things to say.

I wanted to give a shout out to Kevin Kirby as our technician. When we first bought our house, it was discovered that there was an infestation of German roaches and also discovered some termites! He started treatment right away. He educated us and also gives us tips and was very professional and also personable. He got rid of the infestation and never had issues since. We are very lucky to have him and after over 10 years, he still is our technician and we wouldn’t want anyone else!

Kevin Kirby is our pest control technician for two homes in Winter Springs. He is prompt, courteous, professional and very pleasant when spraying our homes. He always looks out for any extra areas of concerns and relays this to us. If I have any questions, he answers them without hesitation and explains thoroughly. I stay with Heron because of Mr Kirby.
