Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month, John Mullgrav. John has been an integral part of Heron’s irrigation division since its conception. John came to Heron with an abundance of industry knowledge and has truly used that to benefit Heron Irrigation. He is very passionate about the irrigation division, and it shows! John also does a great job training new Service Consultants and we consistently hear positive feedback from new employees after John has spent time with them. We also receive positive feedback from customers about John on a regular basis. One of the most recent letters from a customer in Clermont stated, “Yesterday, John Mullgrav was on his hands and knees in my yard moving stones away from an irrigation head and when I questioned John, he said that he was simply doing his job. He said all of his neighbors that have Heron say John is the best thing since peanut butter and just today he had another neighbor ask him about John.” This is just one example of how impressed John’s customers are with his customer service skills. John’s manager, Jeff Watson had the following to say, “I appreciate John’s contribution to our team. He is an asset to the Irrigation division and a great team member.” Congratulations John!
